Refund policy
We hope that you are happy with your new art piece, but if anything is wrong or you're not satisfied please let us know.
Before returning anything to our address please get in touch at anteadelpin@gmail.com, inform us about the issue, quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange, and organise the return (the shipping cost is on you).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product if you request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service for returning the purchased item, as well as a proof of postage.
Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that were on sale or gift cards. We will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
