Madeliefie art team is small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. 

Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.

Madeliefie art, vl. Antea Delpin is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.

 

We ship worldwide!

Turnaround time is from 15 to 20 days for all items except for original paintings and art prints.

Shipping takes longer because we print on demand. We care about ecology so we are trying to reduce textile waste and the accumulation of products.

Original paintings and art prints that are listed can be shipped in 5 days from the purchase.

We ship all of the items via DPD, you will receive a tracking number and get notified about the shipment.

Estimated shipping time (once the item has been shipped):

Croatia – 1 to 7 business days

EU countries – 3 to 15 business days

Rest of the World – 10 to 35 business days

 

Gift wrapping

If you wish to send one of our items as a gift and maybe include a personal note? Just leave us a note on your way to checkout and we will make sure that the package is perfectly wrapped as a gift.
